It's great to be in an extremely convenient location as I am moments away from both Penge East & Penge West station which have direct routes to London. Crystal Palace Triangle is close by and has an array of restaurants and bars and is great for vintage shopping. I think the flat would suit an investor or a first time buyer and having a private garden is a real benefit for the area.
