"This really is a flat we have loved owning. It has an incredibly bright but cosy feel to it, especially with it's high ceilings. The road itself is lovely and tree lined, the neighbours are all so friendly especially the lady downstairs. It seems to be the perfect blend of short walk to the tube station and yet also feels quiet and is a short walk to open fields and Epping forest/Hollow ponds for walks and runs. Transport links are amazing too, being on the central line and close to the A12 and A406. It's so quick into the centre of town, or Westfield is just two stops away. Wanstead and Walthamstow are on the doorstep too. We lived in Leytonstone for ten years and the whole area seems to be getting even nicer with new restaurants and coffee places popping up all the time!"
