Living Here...

They say it’s all about location, location, location, in which case this flat scores pretty highly. A gentle stroll from Leytonstone Central Line station, the daily commute is just that little bit easier as a result. And when it comes to the weekend, well there’s more stuff to do than there are hours to cram it all into. Head down to Leytonstone High Road, grab a coffee to go at Perky Blenders and then it’s over to Hollow Ponds with the canine member of your family for the morning constitutional. On the way back pop into The Birds or The Red Lion for a bite to eat (making a note of what guest beers are on tap for later) and then home to recover. But not for too long – there’s loads to pack in on the evening. Either head back E11 way to try out those guest beers, or maybe head in the other direction, where the delights of Francis Road and the rest of E10 are also within easy walking distance. You could even just jump on the Tube and head to Westfield for a night at the movies and a bite to eat. It’s all here within easy reach – all you’ve got to do is decide what to do first…

"We have absolutely loved living here it has been a fantastic first home together! A particular highlight in the last 5 years is coming home to my neighbours participating in the local jumble trail and offering tasty pulled pork burgers ! As you can imagine we have become good friends with the neighbours and participating in the local community. We could not ask for more better neighbours! (we are not looking to move out of the area we are here to stay!).

The first thing we do each morning is open the curtains to our french windows and watch the seasons change in our lovely garden looking for new bulbs, blossom on trees and a lilac tree that blossoms in spring . We especially love the robins, blackbirds and blue tits who come to visit in our bird bath. It has been a really sociable house and love having our friends round for drinks and dinner who all enjoy our open plan living and the garden for bbqs.

When we are not relaxing in the garden we love walking around the local area. We are in a brilliant central location and frequently walk to Francis road to phlox browsing books and get a coffee or for a burger at the heathcoate pub. We walk to Leytonstone high street, Leyton and Walthamstow village. We love walking down to Hackney Wick along the canal for a pizza at crate. Aswell as the overground and underground stations in close proximity we like to hop on the bus on a Sunday which takes you straight to hackney central, we often stop off at Chatsworth road market!

We know that you will love living in our flat which we have enjoyed decorating and creating endless memories. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have to make new friends, explore and put your own stamp on!"
