I was fortunate to find the Horsham Gates One Development as it was launched to the market, so I was able to reserve the plot of my choice. This particular apartment stood out because of its position on the very top floor, and the large wrap around terrace it had. With the security entry system it's the perfect lock up and leave when I am out of town, and it's nice, from a noise perspective, not to have people above you. In warmer weather the terrace is fantastic and to have so much outside space in a town centre apartment is amazing. You can open up the patio doors and sit outside, high above the hustle and bustle below and watch the world go by.
