Property Description

You are in the mix of everything Brighton has to offer with Preston Park on your doorstep hosting many events throughout the year – The Brighton Marathon, Brighton Pride festival and many more. The local pubs are friendly, serving good food and having a community feel – The Open House, The Signalman and Preston Park Tavern all come highly recommended and are within stumbling distance from your front door. There are also restaurants within a short walk away.

Florence Road Market is a hidden gem and a firm local favourite, open on Saturday mornings and selling local organic produce – bread, fish and meat. For a pint of milk and a morning papers you have ‘Sunny Foods' which is just at the end of the road so couldn't be more convenient.

Brighton Town Centre and famous seafront are just an easy walk away and the commute couldn't be easier from here as you are positioned in the middle of both London Road and Preston Park stations. The A23 and A27 are also easily accessible.

Walking into the flat you will immediately notice how well cared for it has been by the current owners, meaning on the day you collect your keys you can move straight in and unpack without the worry of diy. The Paula Rosa kitchen is newly fitted with a copper splashback and LED lighting. The bathroom is stylish and has double sinks with Porcelanosa tile splashback, Demister pad mirror and underfloor heating.

What the Owner says:
Friends and family love coming to visit us in Brighton, this city has so much to offer and most of that is within walking distance from our front door. If you're into fitness then there are plenty of parks close by with tennis courts/cycle tracks. The Duke of York cinema is just a short walk away which is a great old-fashioned picture house with comfy chairs. You're also close enough to the seafront, the laines and the pubs, bars and restaurants in the city centre. What we have found great about living here is living in BN1 and enjoying all it has to offer whilst never having to worry about parking – we have an allocated space right at the front door.
We hope the new owners enjoy this part of the city as much as we have over the years.
