When I decided to buy this property, I was wanting a spacious but low maintenance home in a good area. This was far bigger than other apartments that I had seen and I loved the style of the building.

The communal areas are well maintained and my apartment is very light and airy. As I didn't need 3 bedrooms, I have been able to utilise one of the rooms as a dining room and this is something that you generally don't get in apartments and was a real plus point for me.

The neighbourhood here is lovely and we have good neighbours.
