The fourth designated bedroom is off the study also with a dormer window and fitted cupboards. The second bathroom has an East facing window and fitted cupboards.
The drive with access to the double garage has parking for several cars and leads to the walled garden which is approached through a doorway in the wall. The formal gardens are predominantly laid to lawn with borders planted with a variety of seasonal shrubs and flowers.
Beyond this garden is an area that is currently laid to lawn that was previously a vegetable garden which has a number of established trees. This leads to a small orchard containing apple, plum and pear trees which has a gate to the road.
