Selected tenants will be expected undergo a credit check and referencing process. There is a simple referencing fee of: £60 per adult tenant (not including people in full time education). Tenants might also be asked to pay a holding fee to secure a property and remove it from the open market - this will be a proportion (usually all) of the 1st month's rent and thus reduce the 1st month's rent accordingly.
