The cost of an application is: £90 plus VAT (£108 including VAT) for the first two applicants/guarantor and then £50 plus VAT (£60) for each applicant/guarantor after that. Company lets will be £100 plus VAT (£120 including VAT).

For managed properties there will be an additional fee of £55 plus VAT (£66).
