Well not everything, if you want to spend your money on black jack and twiglets that is your remit. We mean utilities, super fast broadband, cleaner, gardener and the most amazing management you will ever have (me)?

- 20 minutes by train to Waterloo

-8 minute bus journey to Wimbledon or just one stop on the train. Bars! Pubs! Restaurants! Lots of beautiful people.

You’ll be sharing with 4 other housemates. All decent, hard working, sensible people. No hysterical sobbing over stolen yoghurts.

This is a 2 story home with plenty of space for you all. The kitchen and dining area opens out through patio doors to sunny decked area. Have a coffee in the sun and forget work, just don't lose your job. You have to pay rent.

The room is bigger than you would expect. The photo isn't the best.... And you’ll be sharing a clean bathroom and a second toilet with just two others. The cleaner cleans that too! Hooray!
