The location is truly great. The house is located on a quiet street just off Burley Road. There is on street parking. The bus stop is less than 20 seconds down the hill which will take you into Leeds city centre in 10 mins. Alternatively it's a 5 min drive by car, or you could even jog/cycle. I walk it in 25 minutes! There's also a cinema, bowling alley, several gyms, 5 a side, supermarket, Nandos, Five Guys etc within a kilometre radius. Headingley stadium is a 5 minute walk away which is home to Leeds Rhinos Rugby and the cricket. And if you think it couldn't get any better, you're only a 10 minute walk away from a great vibe and drink in Headingley.
