With three double bedrooms available, all offering wonderful views towards the Ashton Memorial this home is a real delight. About The Location

Farmdale Road is located in the Newlands area which is located in the South side of the city. The area has a great access to the university, one of the area's biggest employers and also the M6 for commuters. It is a popular residential area which attracts clientele from professionals, growing families to the retired.

The area has excellent amenities close by that include schools, shops, Booths supermarket and some popular pubs. The area is close to the city centre and the railway station, easy to commute to work or for leisure. This property is in a great position and offers excellent views.

This particular home was privately built by the owners and can not actually be seen from Farmdale Road itself so you really can enjoy your privacy.

Ground Floor Rooms

The main entrance opens up into a wonderful sized hallway which has access to the kitchen, a utility area and also a further doorway which leads you into the garden at the rear.

The main living room is a fantastic sized space which runs front to back offering windows to the front, side and rear of the home creating a bright and airy space. We just love the outlook from this room onto the garden areas which are so private and well maintained. To the centre of the room there is an electric fire which will create a lovely warm glow in the evenings.
