Terms & charges
The rent of £1,700pcm is payable monthly in advance by standing order mandate. The tenant is required to meet all utility bills including council tax, electricity, gas, water, sewage, television licence and telephone charges.
A deposit equivalent to two months rent will be sought which is to be paid at the commencement of the tenancy and shall be returnable at the end of the tenancy subject to any retentions made for non-payment of rent or damage.
The property is to be let for an initial period of 12 months in an unfurnished condition.
The ingoing tenant will be required to pay £200 plus VAT towards the cost of taking up references and the preparation of a tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will require that the tenants have the premises properly cleaned at the end of the tenancy and offer the property back in an equivalent condition to that at the commencement of the agreement.
