References & administration fees
Once you have viewed and chosen your new home you will be required to complete our application forms and pay an administration fee. Currently the fees are £150 for the 1st tenant and then £50 per additional tenant over the age of 18. The fees are non refundable.

Photographic Identification Validation is required for all tenant’s and guarantor’s before we can release keys.
Contents insurance
It is a requirement by the Landlord of this property that the tenant holds adequate contents insurance to cover the landlord’s property and accidental damage caused by the tenant to the furniture, fixtures and fittings of the property with a minimum sum insured of £2500. This insurance can be arranged easily on the internet of by visiting any of the main supermarkets who will have leaflets available. You may be asked to provide a copy of your insurance policy for our records.
