The nearest train station is Wilnecote Railway Station offering a service to Birmingham New Street & Tamworth as part of the Cross Country line which also leads to Nottingham & Derby. Tamworth Railway station offers commuting links to London, Liverpool, Manchester and even Glasgow due to its split level platform with the West Coast Main Line.

There is a regular bus service to Tamworth Town Centre & Kingsbury located on Dosthill Road, with a morning service to Birmingham also available.

According to the Staffordshire Schools website, the catchment secondary school for this home is the Wilnecote High School (0.6 miles away). There are many primary schools locally however the catchment is Dosthill Primary school which is a 1 mile walk or drive. Although we have researched this information, parents are advised to confirm catchment via the local authority.

Opposite the southern entrance to Cottage Farm Road, is Dosthill Park which includes a playing area. For shops, there is a nearby Tesco Express Petrol Station located on Dosthill Road. Towards the east and Wilnecote is an industrial & retail park and slightly further afield towards Tamworth is found Ventura Retail Park containing a range of famous brand stores and restaurants. The property is also a quick drive from Tamworth Snowdome, Odeon Cinema & a Ten Pin Bowling Complex.
