Brockhurst Lane has been our home for last 15 years and our family home for the past 9 years. What has made the decision to leave hard to make is the position of our house. Looking out over open fields and to be able to walk out of our front door and be on the canal has been what has kept us here for so long.
Walking down the canal with our children and dog, taking our kayaks out and cycling down to the pub has been a lovely thing to have on our doorstep – in all seasons.

We have felt as though we’ve had the best of all worlds, near to all the local amenities of Dickens Heath and Solihull whilst being on the edge of beautiful countryside. The private location of our house has been wonderful for our children/pets, safe in the knowlegde that they can play/cycle on the shared driveway without the worry of passing cars. Eight years ago we had a lot of work done to the house turning it into the perfect family home with a versatile openplan/socialable space downstairs and a big master suite upstairs. Our back garden is not over looked thanks to the established bushes and trees that have matured over the years. We have been very happy here and hope that whoever buys this property from us will enjoy it just as much as we have.
