"I bought this property 16 months ago and it was my first step onto the property ladder. Both me and my girlfriend moved in together and what a fantastic first place this has been for us. Being a new build it has been very cheap to run, easy to maintain and an extremely pleasant place to live. We're both young professionals who work in Birmingham City Centre so an easy commute was always important to us. The commute to the City Center in rush hour is either a 15 minute drive, a 10 minute walk to the closest train station or a 45 minute walk down the canal (personal favourite in the summer!).
