This has been a brilliant family home for us and our four children, (and assorted dogs!), over the last 26 years. The home is big enough to allow each of us to enjoy their own space, whilst also having enough spacious communal areas for us all to share. The house has allowed us to enjoy our privacy, providing edge of the woodlands living, yet only being a 10 minute walk away from the village centre and its range of shops and amenities.

Both Longfield and Ebbsfleet stations are a short drive away, allowing easy access either to the Victoria Line, or the (brilliant) High Speed 1 rail service, to London and the coast.

Bowes Wood has been a very stable neighbourhood over the time that we have lived here, with a very low turnover of neighbours it s just as well that they are lovely people! Our cul-de-sac is friendly, without being intrusive, which is fabulous!

The dogs have always appreciated our proximity to the woods just three front doors away! Which has allowed them (and us humans!) ready access to a wide variety of different woodland and farmland walking circuits to enjoy through all the seasons.

And now the time has come, as they say the kids have all flown our nest, leaving us two old-uns (and one mad dog) to rattle around and wonder where we left our glasses So the plan is to free up this fabulous family abode for another deserving family to take advantage of. We ve packed our buckets and spades, and are off to the seaside!
