Directions: Leave Cheltenham Town Centre via the A46 Bath Road (heading South), continue straight ahead, passing Cheltenham College and at the cross roads turn right into Suffolk Road and then first left into Great Norwood Street and first left again into Gratton Street. At the T junction turn left into Commercial Street where Jubilee Court is found at the end of the road on the right hand side.
