At the time of seeing this house we were living nearby in a rented house. We weren’t particularly looking in this area but we drove past and saw the board up and the area seemed really quiet. The agent was keen for us to see it and said that we would be impressed with the hallway and he wasn’t wrong! It’s large, open and really quite welcoming. There was also a separate dining room and all the rooms were a good size. We also liked the size of the garden and it was quiet as well which was important to us.
We’ve landscaped both the front and back garden and also laid a resin driveway which is fantastic and, along with the new front door has totally changed the look of the front of the house.
We’ve also updated the kitchen, and the back door. The bathroom, en-suite shower room and cloakroom have also been changed and we also fitted new carpets.
