We used to live in central Brighton and wanted to get away from all the hustle and bustle of city life, hoping for somewhere much calmer and quieter. This property was therefore the perfect solution for us, set off the road in a beautiful and peaceful village, it's the main reason why we have been so happy here for the past 16 years.
We converted the garage some years ago, to give us more usable living space. We installed under floor heating and insulated the walls and loft space to make sure we could use it throughout the whole year. It has made a fantastic home office for us, it is so quiet there and the views over the garden are lovely.
