When I moved to the area this property was ideal. Close to family but also close to stations, shops and I just felt it was a nice area.

I extended the home to the side to add a separate area for the kids when they kept returning, and it has become invaluable for the space. I have also maintained and modernised the property over the years and feel that helps any new family when they move in and won't have anything to do.

I am no longer needing such a big home, but hope the new owners enjoy It like I have.
