This is a slightly confusing room, in that at first sight it could be taken as a single room. However this is because the large size of the other rooms, make this appear smaller than it actually is. Currently configured as a study / office it is dominated by a set of fitted cupboards which, if removed would allow space for a perfectly useable double bedroom.
Next to here is the bathroom. Attractively tiled to waist height and featuring a pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath with hand held shower attachment, this also has a huge linen cupboard offering generous levels of storage.
Finally, through another semi glazed door we come to the kitchen, another impressively large room. This is divided for all practical reasons into two distinct areas, separated by a worktop forming a barrier between the two. The side containing the kitchen proper is square in shape and offer a comprehensive selection of units and work tops with further cupboards above. An integrated cooker and dish washer complete the ensemble. To be absolutely honest the units could perhaps benefit from an update but this would be more a matter of taste rather than necessity as everything is present and functional. The other half of the room offers more units and worktops, also housing all the laundry equipment, washer, drier, before we come to the back door. This is a very attractive stable door type and opens onto the side of the home.
At the rear of the home, alongside the detached garage stands the workshop. This is of similar proportions to the garage and is fully equipped with power and light, offering a wealth of possibilities as to any future use. The workshop is surrounded by a paved patio area, providing a sheltered sitting space, with a small series of flower beds to one end of the building, the whole surrounded by a wooden perimeter fence.
