I bought this bungalow around 5 years ago – it has plenty of kerb appeal and I was immediately struck by its lovely appearance, wide plot and the fact it had a garage and ample parking.
I have done quite a bit of work including fitting new wardrobes in bedroom 2 along with a new carpet, had a new boiler fitted and some new radiators, redecorated and had new flooring laid in the lounge and hallway. I have had an additional garage and carport built and installed gates in front of these.
There are plenty of walks right on your doorstep and a footpath just over the road even takes you up to Leith Hill.
I will miss living here but am now moving to be closer to my family.
