We'd been looking for a new home which would provide a good amount of family space, plenty of parking and a decent garden, and this bungalow ticked all those boxes.
Taking our children to school and going to the shops only takes a few minutes and, if we want to pop out for some day-to-day bits, there's a convenience store just up the road. We also love having the Downs Link nearby as it gives us easy access to all the wonderful surrounding countryside.
We have everything we need in Cranleigh so we want to stay in the area and pass our lovely home on to the next lucky owner.
