Tenant’s Costs: The tenant shall be required to pay an administration charge to cover up to two people in the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and referencing (including credit checks) in the gross sum of £225 (a £45 discount will apply to single applicants). A charge of £60 will be charged for any further applicant or guarantor. Rent is payable in advance. The first month's rent is requested with the deposit. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required before the start of the tenancy. The landlord may require a higher deposit if our referencing criteria is not met.
The deposit will be protected by The Deposit Protection Service (The dps) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of The dps.
