Owner's opinions...
We have lived in the bungalow for many years and have made numerous improvements to the property, including building a double garage, fitting a new kitchen and shower room, and adding stairs to access a useful attic room, which currently serves as a third bedroom for visiting grandchildren. Great Smeaton is a friendly village and we have had great neighbours and we will miss living here, including the lovely views across the Cleveland Hills and the fields opposite, especially in the Spring with the baby lambs.
