Beside this and also facing the rear of the home is the last bedroom. Although this is somewhat smaller, it is still a perfectly acceptable double room, easily accommodating all the necessary free standing furniture that makes a room. In common with all the other bedrooms, there are plentiful electric sockets, along with the TV point. This is perhaps the ideal home for a truly antisocial family, or one with highly individual viewing tastes.
Another door off the inner hall reveals the bathroom. While compact, this has been completely renewed during the refurbishment and is fully tiled to a high standard in very attractive ceramics. It has a suite in white, comprising pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath with a glass screen and electric shower over.
And finally we come to the kitchen or to be more honest, kitchen/diner. In here, the theme is wood. With sufficient space remaining to allow a family sized dining table, this becomes a welcoming place to relax, eat and generally chew the fat.
