Situated in a small group of homes on the outskirts of Bagillt, in as far as somewhere so small can actually have outskirts, this bungalow being attractively priced, represents a terrific opportunity for a first time buyer. As our photographs show, this is currently in use as a TV and games/dressing room serving to underline the suitability of this home for a young professional couple. However, that is only one idea and other prospective buyers, of any age groups, would fit just as well….

Adjacent to here and also facing the front, is the master bedroom. This is an uncompromisingly large room, offering sufficient space to accommodate a pair of substantial free standing wardrobes and other smaller items of furniture before we even consider the large double bed, still leaving enough room to swing a fairly large cat without striking any obstacles. The unit was not replaced during the refurbishment but has been regularly serviced and is an example of the Rolls Royce of boilers, the Worcester Bosch and so should see many more years of faithful service (although we cannot guarantee this).

Opposite here we find the lounge. This is undeniably a spacious room, with a large chimney breast containing a real effect, living flame gas fire, providing not only warmth but that rosy glow that makes you feel warm whatever the temperature. At the far end of the room the light is provided by twin windows, one either side of a set of French doors overlooking the largely paved rear garden.

The first part of the garden forms a raised patio area level with the floor in the house, which in turn overlooks a lower section laid to a mixture of grass and paving, with a useful wooden garden shed making a very attractive and peaceful vista. The patio itself is a perfect venue for relaxing on long summer afternoons with friends, where the only exercise taken is to throw another burger on the bbq…. Now isn’t that what a patio is for during the summer?

Back inside, and finally we come to the kitchen. With attractive white tiled splash-backs and a handy serving hatch through into the lounge / dining room, this is a well equipped and thought out space for taking care of your culinary needs. Adequate units and storage cupboards line the walls, while plumbing for an automatic washing machine sits beneath the work top beside the sink unit. The large picture window gives pleasing views across the rear garden, taking maximum advantage of the home’s raised position and makes the kitchen very light and airy; there being little worse than trying to work in the gloom but here, it is simply not a problem.
