The Stable House is a converted former stable building at a listed Farm House in the heart of the Quantock Hills. It’s recent renovation provides high quality accommodation, available for short term let.
The upstairs briefly comprises of, an open-plan sitting room kitchen/dining area featuring working wood burner and stunning views.
On the ground floor you will find; a good size double bedroom with feature half tester bed and the twin room with two single beds. Both are furnished with beautiful antiques.
The bathroom is also downstairs and equipped with a top quality shower over bath and full white suit.
The accommodation comes with optional private stabling for upto two horses and use of the manage and show jumps. There is also an outdoor eating and barbecue area for guests. Guests can also access the gardens and the communal games room.
As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing, tenancy agreement administration and an inventory check, these will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit that will be payable before the tenancy starts.
